The fire truck and water trailer have been summarized and are ready for service.
Happy Summertime! The annual meeting and picnic is set for Saturday July 26th. As customary, the potluck will start at noon with annual members meeting to follow. Please bring a covered dish to share with your neighbors as well as chairs and place settings for your family. We will have tents and tables set-up as well. The association will provide pop and bottled water for everyone. Annual trash day is also set for Sunday the 27th, so place items by your curb and please help us load the dump truck.
The gate is being opened today allowing vehicular travel into Fulford. There may be still be areas of snow, so be cautious.
There has been an excessive amount of spam emails being sent to the web page. Security has been updated. There are now three pages that require a password — THE PASSWORD REMAINS THE SAME AND WILL WORK ON EACH PAGE. You are only required to enter the password one time whether on the Biz page, Contact Us, or Buy/Sell/Trade. Board Members phone numbers and emails are now protected so only property owners/members have access.

Two recent telephonic Board meetings were held on October 20th and November 4th. Minutes are posted on Business page.
The last Boil Drinking Water Warning for the year, dated October 29, 2024 has been posted in the bulletin board and emailed to all property owners.
New boil advisory for water dated October 15, 2024 has been posted in the bulletin board.
Per CDPHE requirements, the Boil Advisory dated October 1, 2024, is posted in the bulletin board entering town.
As stated in the August 1, 2024 “Mandatory Water Disconnection Notice Timeline “
“4. For cabins not disconnected within 60 days (September 15, 2024) the Board of Directors will send a second notice of violation to you accompanied by a fine of $250.” … “5. If not disconnected within 90 days (October 15, 2024), the Board will terminate the curb stop that supplies water to your cabin and charge the property owner a reasonable amount to cover the association expense involved in disconnection.”

Attached are links of latest correspondence received from the State today. Ezra has done a mass-mailing of same and the documents are posted in the bulletin board coming into town. In addition, “Caution, non-potable water, do not drink” is also posted in Spanish.

The water attorney just received disconnection language from the Colorado Department of Health. Please read thoroughly on the Business page as the deadline to disconnect is August 15, 2024.
The Minutes for last night’s telephonic Board Meeting have been posted to the password protected Business page. The minutes have been given to the Water Attorney who will now correspond with the State on the Board/Association’s behalf. If you have not done so, please thoroughly read and familiarize yourself with the Water Advisory Committee Options/Recommendations found on the password protected Business page for discussion at the Annual Meeting on July 27. The Board cannot over emphasize the importance of every property owner/member’s presence at the Annual Meeting this year. Be on the lookout during the next couple of weeks for the Annual Meeting Notice to be both emailed and sent by postal service. There has been a lot of water activity the Board has been involved with between the County and the State. The Rocky Mountain Incident Management Team has released the Structure Defense Plan. The Purpose and Intent of the Plan is to provide a pre-planned initial structure defense plan.
The Plan covers Sylvan Lake State Park and associated campgrounds, Yeoman, Fulford Cave, Peter Estin Hut, and Fulford.

The only water in Fulford is raw, untreated water.
There is a town “year-around” speed limit for vehicular traffic, 4-wheelers and snowmobiles. Every year snowmobiles drive over water curb stops, water mains and valves causing damage. Summer and Winter PLEASE respect property owner’s property and not drive snowmobiles and 4-wheelers over or thru someone’s property for your pleasure.
